CareConnect was established by co-founders Greg Tan and Adrian Tan, who both served as caregivers for their respective parents and shared similar experiences.
During their caregiving journey, they faced the challenge of not being able to provide constant care for their loved ones and even considered leaving their careers to become full-time caregivers.
That was an incredibly difficult period for them and their families, and it made them realise the daunting nature of the caregiving journey, which is often fraught with uncertainties, exhaustion, and feelings of loneliness.
